FRIDAY LOAD-IN
Early load-in is offered from 6-9pm on Friday, Dec 16th.
Friday night load-in for display set-up (please don't bring actual merchandise) is 6-9pm
We'll use the garage under the Galleria (access drive is on Lakeside) for loading. After 4pm it is $3 to park. You may also park on St. Clair BUT not until 7pm on Friday as St Clair is a bus lane from 4pm until 7pm weekdays
There is one small freight elevator we will share as well as escalators. Please bring any carts/dollies you may have. We will only have a few carts to share.
SATURDAY LOAD-IN
Saturday morning load-in will start at 7am, we'll use the garage under the Galleria primarily or you may also park on St. Clair and use the entrance there. Galleria garage parking will also be $3 on Saturday.
We can start loading-in to the building the day of the show at 7am. It takes some time to load the elevators and ferry your belongings to your space. Please arrive before 8am. The Market starts at 10am. After you have unloaded your things and dropped them off at your space, please make sure your vehicle is in a marked space in the parking lot or on the street. Please be mindful of parking regulations.
ELEVATORS/ESCALATORS
The Galleria has one (smaller than the Screw Factory's) freight elevator and one passenger elevator. The Galleria has asked that only people are taken on the passenger elevator and not heavy belongings as it can stress the elevator and cause breakdown.
There are a few escalators as well which can be used to loading. All of these are accessible from the underground heated garage under the Galleria. The entrance is on Lakeside. Parking is $3 on Saturdays regardless of length of parking. Street parking is also available along the south side of the building on St Clair and there is an entrance there, too.
We will have crew directing sellers on where to go and helping to keep the elevators running up and down. Please bring any carts you can with you, there will be a limited number of them for us to share.
ELECTRIC
For those who bought electric service there will be one outlet (a place to plug in one thing) along the back, front, or side of your space. Please bring an adapter or small extension cord so you can get electricity where you need it within your space. Please also limit your energy use to the equivalent of a lamp or two so that we don't trip the breakers, thanks! NO heaters, please! If you need power to a heavy-draw device, please let us know.
BREAKFAST COFFEE
There will be coffee and snacks available from 7am-9:30am in the section near spaces 2-20. After that any leftovers will be put out of the way and I'll let you know where they are.
